This retreat includes:

	8 nights deluxe Eco-Lodging accommodations including 1 night in San Jose.
	Domestic flights to and from lodge and San Jose (Round trip airfare to Costa Rica is NOT included)
	All meals, including delicious vegetarian options
	Daily mixed-level yoga classes incorporating yoga pranayama &, meditation.
	Restoitve yoga in addition 4 late afternoons. Day of silience to refect, time for journaling.

Optional tours are available at the Luna Lodge (www.lunalodge.com) vary from exploring, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking and beach lounging to beautiful waterfalls, surfing lessons, dolphin excursions, spa treatments and much, much more! Additional costs apply.

Our practice space is an open platform jutting out over the rainforest. The peace and serene majesty of this place enhance the union of body, mind, spirit and nature. We will practice yoga and meditation twice daily to the accompaniment of howler monkeys and scarlet macaws.

The first night is in San Jose (evening of the 6th of February, 2009). Then we fly from San Jose to Puerto Jimenez and then to Carate and the Luna Lodge. We arrive on the 7th of February and depart on the 14th. So we will be there for the Full Moon. It is amazing to be at the Luna for the Full Moon –the views are indescribable. The whole rain forest lights up!

All costs are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted

	Bungalow, double occupancy, per person: $1895. Single occupancy is $95 per night additional.
	Hacienda room, double occupancy, per person: $1790. Single occupancy is $85 per night additional.
	Tent, double occupancy, per person: $1580. Single occupancy is $75 per night additional.
