Goddess
Inhale,
raising your arms overhead. Exhale and s tep your right leg out into a wide
stance, both feet turning slightly outward as your arms extend directly
out from the shoulders. This
position is known as the 5-five pointed star.
Exhale, bend your knees
and elbows; keep your knees over your toes and enter the goddess pose.
To
release inhale up return to
the 5-pointed star step feet together.
To modified to not go down so deep.
