Mountain or Tasadana

Stand with the outer edges of the feet parallel, no farther apart than hip width. Engage thigh muscles, bring arms to the sides.

Inhale arms overhead, palms facing one another.

Relax the shoulders away from the ears.

Breathe and hold the pose

Exhale, release the arms to sides. Relax and receive the pose.
