Yoga Mudra
Sitting
on your heels, bring your hands behind your back, interlacing the fingers.
Allow the shoulder blades to work towards one another to open the chest.
Lift
your tailbone and bring the forehead to the floor.
Allow
your arms to come over your head in the direction of the floor.
To
release, inhale, let the arms guide you upward, sitting back on your heels
and releasing the arms.
