This is a holistic approach to healing designed for those who are going through the process of grief.
These postures consist of a gentle yoga practice that encompasses postures that support the body and spirit during times of loss. Additionally, the grief workshops include journaling, sharing circles and breath work. Please contact Gloria if you would like to see this as a workshop offered in the future. Will need to bring to your practice: a yoga mat, a blanket, a journal, an open heart.
